Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in June 2018

At the Production building No. 1&2, the whole plastering work of internal and external walls has been completed. Skim-coat and painting work of ceiling beam and internal walls have been finished more than 80%. At present, floor grinding work is being done to prepare surface for Epoxy finish. Besides, INVESTCORP is also carry out installing windows, glass aluminum partition and tiling toilet area. Outdoor drainage and fence are also urgently finished.

At the Office No. 1, tiling work of the toilet area and staircase is being proceeded in parallel with Aluminum cladding by INVESTCORP. Window and front glass work, hanging partitions and ceiling of the toilet areas are also being implemented. Elevator system has been installed and carried out commissioning run.

Outdoor items such as wall skim-coat, rainwater drainage system, fence and main road system are being carried out by INVESTCORP. The Canteen has finished building work to move to finish stage of ceiling, partition and tiling.

At Block 2, 90% of the concrete work for beams and slab of the Production buildings No. 3&4 have been done. It is expected that the whole structure work will have been finished to move to building work by 15 July 2018.
