Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project - Ramatex Hai Phong in Nov 2018

At Block 2 of the project, the whole construction work of the Production building No. 3&4 and the Office No. 2 are basically completed. At present, INVESTCORP is proceeding finishing work such as Epoxy for ground; touching and external repair; repair of drainage system and asphalt surface treatment.

The auxiliary items such as parking house is roofed with corrugated iron and installed accessories. The drainage system and sub gate are completed. The internal road is being carried out the road level and curb installation. Fence is being painted and will be completed on Dec 5, 2018.

It is expected that the whole project will be accepted and handed over to the Owner in Dec 2018.
