Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in Oct 2018

At the Production Building No 3&4, the painting work of the slabs and beams has basically been finished to move into construction of the M&E work. Tiling work and gypsum work of the toilets and staircases have also been done. At present, some other works such as painting for walls and columns, cleaning work and ground grinding to prepare for Epoxy painting have been carried out and completed by 15 Nov, 2018.

At the Office No. 2, such finishing works as toilet tiling, gypsum wall and ceiling, installation of glass and Aluminum partitions have been implemented at the same time by INVESTCORP. Painting work and finishing work of the staircase area is also proceeding. It is expected that the whole Office No. 2 will be completed by 20 Nov, 2018.

The auxiliary works such as Parking house No. 3 is being constructed foundation; drainage ditches, concrete road, curbs and Asphalt road are being proceeded and expected to be completed in Nov 2018.

Also in Nov 2018, INVESTCORP will carry out moving the temporary office and storage to return the whole plan to the Owner.
