Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong

Being commenced on August 17, 2017, the construction status of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong after more than 3 months has come into stable and complete all the temporary works such as temporary road, temporary office, workers’ houses, warehouses and temporary electricity system.

At Block 1, piles, concrete foundation, bracing beam for production buildings 1&2 and office building were basically completed. At present, the column concrete and preparation for the foundation concrete work of the first floor are being carried out by the Contractor before moving to the construction stage of beams and slabs of the 2nd floor. In addition, the erection of tower crane for the project execution is also being proceeded in parallel.

At Block 2, mass piling for production buildings 3&4 and office building has been started. Temporary road system for the Block 2 has also been implemented and completed to 80%.

It is expected that the piling work for the entire project will be completed in December 2017 to move to construct beam and slab concrete of the 2nd and 3rd floors of Block 1.
