Update construction progress – Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd in August 2020
At the end of Aug 2020, INVESTCORP has completed all concrete foundation for the expanded area of the Main factory - Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd and started the construction of gypsum ceiling. It is expected that in September 2020, INVESTCORP will complete 50% of the paint workload and implement windows and fire-rated windows.
The expanded parking area has basically completed the steel structure on the 3rd floor, the ramp to the 3rd floor and the parking roof. It is expected that in September 2020, INVESTCORP will complete the construction of concrete on the 3rd floor and roofing work.
For the outdoor items, INVESTCORP has completed the clean water tank, pile extraction of the wastewater treatment tank and basically completed the drainage system for the whole project; completed the brickwork of the guardhouse and it is expected that in September 2020, INVESTCORP will complete the construction of road base, curb and all guardhouse.
