Update construction progress – Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd in October 2020
At the end of October 2020, at the Main factory of the Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd, INVESTCORP completed construction of gypsum walls and ceilings, sandwich walls and ceilings, toilet partitions and internal and external painting work. It is expected that all Main factory area will be cleaned, accepted and handed over in early November 2020.
The Garage expansion area has been completed with all the construction of walls, the erection of louver, railings, and paintwork and is expected to be handed over to the Investor in mid-November 2020.
At the outdoor area, INVESTCORP has completed the guard house, main gate and grass planting. In the first half of November 2020, INVESTCORP will carry out asphalt construction and complete all outdoor works.
