Update construction progress – Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd in September 2020
In September 2020, INVESTCORP completed 80% of the volume of ceilings and gypsum walls, 100% of sandwich walls and ceilings and the entire exterior window system in the expansion area of the Main factory of the Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd. Currently, painting and skimcoat works are being carried out in compliance with the construction progress.
In the garage expansion area, INVESTCORP has basically completed the roofing of the garage and concrete of the 3rd floor. It is expected that in October 2020, INVESTCORP will complete the construction of walls and the installation of louver windows, balustrade and skimcoat finish.
Outdoor items such as road base spread, air conditioning and pit foundation system for electro-mechanical works have been completed. Road works, factory gate and lawn planting will be completed in October 2020.
