Update construction progress – Star Villas project in January 2021
In January 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed and handed over the Villa No. 5 to the Investor for use on January 20, 2021 according to the expected schedule.
The Villas No. 3, 6, 7, 8 & 9 have been completed the reinforced concrete structures and are in progress to erect the roof structure and start plastering and finishing works.
The roof frame structures of the Villa No. 11, 12 & 14 are being implemented simultaneously and are expected to complete in February 2021 to move to the plastering and finishing works.
The Villas No. 15 & 16 are currently waiting for design change from the Investor and will be accelerated construction after getting changed design.
The Villa No. 1B has been constructed in January 2021 and has been completed the pile pressing. In February 2021, the Villa No. 1B will be implemented by INVESTCORP Myanmar to execute the construction of foundation structure and column beams and slabs.
