Update construction progress – Star Villas project in June 2021
At the end of June 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed the concrete frame structure of Villas No. 10, 15 & 16; continue to implement the construction of Villa 1B’s structure and complete erecting the roof frame of Villa No. 10. Plastering work of Villas No. 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14 is also being speeded up in parallel with the painting and gypsum ceilings and walls of Villas No. 7, 8, 9 & 11.
Besides, INVESTCORP Myanmar also focused on implementing and basically completing the outdoor rainwater drainage system of Villas 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 & 14 and is continuing to proceed Villas number 15, 16 & 1B.
It is expected that in July 2021 - the peak month in the rainy season in Myanmar, which greatly affects the construction especially outdoor works and painting work, INVESTCORP Myanmar will plan and take appropriate measures to construct and complete Villas 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 & 16 as well as speeding up completing the structural work of Villa 1B to timely hand over some villas to the Investor at the end of August or beginning of September 2021.
