Update construction progress – Star Villas project in May 2021

At present, INVESTCORP Myanmar is focusing on finishing plastering work for Villas No. 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14 and starting to construct gypsum ceiling frames for Villas No. 7, 8, 9.

It is expected that in June 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will continue to promote the construction of concrete structures of Villas No. 10, 15, 16, 1A, 1B, construction of roof structures of Villas No. 10, 12, 16 and also continue to promote the construction of plastering and gypsum ceilings of Villas No. 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 14.

In parallel with the promotion of main works, the outdoor system will also be speeded by INVESTCORP Myanmar in June 2021 such as completing the remaining fence and the drainage system outside the house of Villas No. 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11.

Although the political situation is still not completely stable, INVESTCORP Myanmar still tries to ensure the implementation of the project to hand over to the Investor on schedule.
