Update construction progress – Star Villas project in November 2020

For the remaining villas, INVESTCORP Myanmar continued to speed up the progress with three piling machines on site to soon complete the piling work and implement the construction of the underground parts. On November 30, 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed pressing the piles of Villas No. 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and is proceeding with the next villas. Construction of the foundation has also been quickly implemented and has completed the foundation of the pile base at villas No. 3, 6, 7, and 8.

In December 2020, in addition to completing and handing over Villa No. 5, INVESTCORP Myanmar will also speed up the pile foundation of the remaining 9 villas, complete the entire foundation bracing for 13 villas, complete concrete on the first floor for 9 out of 13 villas, complete column concrete on the first floor for 6 out of 13 villas and implement fabrication and erection of reinforced formwork on the first floor for 4 out of 13 units.
