Update construction progress – Star Villas project in September 2020
Star Villas project, invested by Thanlyin Estate Development Ltd. under Yoma Group in Star City urban area - Thanlyin - Yangon – Myanmar, was commenced by INVESTCORP Myanmar in early September 2020.
In September 2020 after completing concrete pile pressing, INVESTCORP Myanmar implemented the construction of structural frame for the entire building. The works related to pile head were also executed at the same time. At present, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed the foundation structure, wall construction and completed the fabrication and erection of formwork and floor reinforcement.
The project is expected to be constructed in 8 months and will be completed in April 2021.
