Update construction progress – Suga International (Vietnam) Factory project in March 2021
In March 2021, at the Main factory and the Office building of the Suga International (Vietnam) factory project, INVESTCORP has completed the installation of panel walls inside and outside the factory area; completed the entire plastering work, 90% of the painting, gypsum ceiling, and 80% of the tiling. At present, INVESTCORP is continuing to construct internal finishing items such as ground epoxy, elevator installation, construction of aluminum and glass doors, iron doors, rolling doors and fire protection system.
At the Parking house and Canteen area, INVESTCORP has completed the plastering and brick works and 80% of the paint volume. The tiling work and fire protection system are also continuing to be carried out.
At the outdoor and auxiliary area, INVESTCORP has completed the construction of the outdoor concrete road, 70% of the asphalt road and continued to proceed skim coat and painting, fence and curb installation.
