Update construction progress – Technical Infrastructure Project of Dong Nam New Residential Area, Dong Khe Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province in October 2020

In October 2020, the Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project was postponed due to rainy weather affecting the excavation and infrastructure construction.
