Update construction progress – Technical Infrastructure Project of Dong Nam New Residential Area, Dong Khe Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province in September 2020
Dong Nam residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province, invested by the Management Board of construction and investment projects of Dong Son district having an area of nearly 10ha. Dong Nam residential area infrastructure project was commenced on July 3, 2020 by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited including traffic roads, water supply and drainage system, power supply system, green infrastructure and balancing reservoir.
At present, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed 282m of temporary road for construction, completing 80% of the excavation workload of organic mud for roads and 60% of transportation and embankment of K95 for roads no. 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12. Due to the rainy weather, some construction works were interrupted and could not be constructed continuously.
It is expected that in October 2020, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa will complete the embankment of the K95 and K98 soil layers of the roads, prepare for the construction of surface drainage ditches, wastewater drainage and other related technique infrastructure.
