Update construction progress – Traditional building project of Tho Xuan district in Feb 2020
In Feb 2020, INVESTCORP LAND Thanh Hoa executed inspection of pre-stressed cable and pour cement mortar into the pre-stressed cables of the fourth floor; completed dismantling formworks of the third and fourth floors; erected formworks and poured concrete of the second and third floor’s staircases.
Currently, INVESTCORP LAND Thanh Hoa is carrying out plastering the surrounding walls of the first, second and third floors; installing electrical system, roof drainage system and forming formworks of the staircase to the fourth floor.
In March 2020, INVESTCORP LAND Thanh Hoa will implement the concreting of staircase and concrete of the 2 floors of the attic; completing construction, plastering and building columns of the house as designed and completing construction of the stairs for welcoming guests and conducting floor tiling work.
