Update construction progress – Traditional building project of Tho Xuan district in Mar 2020
By the end of March 2020, INVESTCORP LAND Thanh Hoa had completed the concreting of attic roof and staircase at both sides; basically installed the electrical system and groundwater of the building, completed brickwork of the column system and technical boxes and internal plastering of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. All aluminum and glass materials, floor tiles have been gathered at the site for construction.
At the present time, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa is carrying out construction of the stairs’ brickwork and plastering the exterior of the house, installing the gypsum ceiling, dismantling the dust grid and preparing to paint the walls and install glass for the building.
It is expected that in April 2020, the remaining finishing works such as plastering, tiling the floor and front lobby area, installing gypsum ceiling, installing glass wall frame and cleaning work will be completed to inspect and hand over to the Investor.
