Update progress of construction projects in July 2016

I.   Maple Co., Ltd factory project.

At the work site of Wearing apparels manufacturing factory project of Maple Company Limited – Peony branch (VSIP Bac Ninh), construction works have been taken place urgently to ensure the target of quality and progress under requirements of the Investor. As of the end of July 2016, the Company completed some items such as foundation, slab and beams of the first floor for bike parking area and accomplished 50% of the factory ground. Preparation for steel structure erection work has been completed. Besides, the progress of the ongoing construction items such as slabs and beams of the canteen at the third floor and slabs and beams of the office area at the second floor … have been accelerating.

II.   Vientiane international airport terminal expansion project.

The same with the urgent pace of construction projects in the country, at the work site of Vientiane – Laos international airport terminal expansion project, the construction work has been speeding up. The execution activities in July 2016 confronted many difficulties due to the rainy weather, but thanks to the enthusiastic working spirit of engineers and worker teams, the progress and quality of project to be ensured under requirements of the Investor. At the end of July 2016, the project has completed the foundation and finished 60% volume of the foundation beam item. At the early of August 2016, the backfilling work is expected to be implemented, in preparation for the cast slab concreting for the first 4 blocks.
