Updated progress of ongoing projects in June 2016

I. Vientiane international airport terminal expansion project:

After three months of construction, at the end of June 2016, the Vientiane – Laos international airport terminal expansion project has completed the foundation construction for the Western terminal. From the middle of June 2016, finishing work of the glass partitions has been executing in the area of the International Concourse. Besides, the concreting and installing rebar for beam and slab in other regions have been continuing to be accelerated construction.

II. Maple Co., Ltd Factory – Peony Branch project:

After the groundbreaking ceremony took place on May 9, 2016, INVESTCORP has promptly executed the first items of the project. At the end of May 2016, the piling work for foundation was completed. In June 2016, the foundation construction works such as excavation, pile head cutting, lean concrete, formwork, rebar, backfilling and soil compaction work … are implemented in parallel in the regions. By the end of June 2016, the foundation works and gravelling have been completed over the entire factory area and the auxiliary works.
