Commencement of Ha Ngoc Kindergarten project in Ha Ngoc commune, Ha Trung district, Thanh Hoa province.

Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of departments under the People's Committee of Ha Trung district, the People's Committee of Ha Ngoc Commune, the Board of Directors of Ha Ngoc Kindergarten, and representatives of businesses in Ha Trung district. On the contractor side, there were representatives of the Board of Directors of INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited and Investment and Development Construction INVESTCORP 6 Joint Stock Company.

Ha Ngoc Kindergarten project, Ha Ngoc commune, Ha Trung district is invested by the People's Committee of Ha Ngoc commune. This is a level III civil project, with an estimated construction cost of nearly 11.4 billion VND. Investment capital comes from district and commune budgets and other legally mobilized sources.
The work is designed with two floors, an L shape, and a floor area of 1400m2 including a 2-storey classroom building, underground water tank, machine house, security house, fire protection, gate campus, and fence.
After completion, the project ensures the usable area of the classrooms and classroom areas following the standards of the Ministry of Education for Kindergartens, and ensures the standards of the Ministry of Construction on National Technical Regulations in fire safety for construction projects. The project upgrades ensuring aesthetics and children's learning and playing needs, contributing to the development and improvement of local education quality.
