In October 2023, INVESTCORP 6 Company continued to carry out the construction and finishing items of the Sao Mai Resort project, Tho Lam commune - Tho Xuan district - Thanh Hoa province.
For the 18 villas and reception house, tennis court, laundry house, and the two powerhouses, INVESTCORP 6 has completed all and is waiting for acceptance and handover for use.
