Construction progress updated in October 2023 – Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city

For the road category, K95 dirt road embankment construction reached 83%, K98 dirt road embankment construction reached 91%, type II macadam foundation construction reached 90% and type I macadam foundation construction reached 80%.

Regarding the drainage system, the installation of D600 and D400 sewer systems reached 96% of the contract volume. The sidewalk curbs reached 85% and 50% of sidewalk paving, curbing, and tree planting holes were completed. Drainage system installation reached 60% and electrical system work reached 31%.

It is expected that in November 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company will focus on completing the construction of crushed stone and asphalt concrete for the roads that have been cleared, completing sidewalks, installing electrical systems, clean water supply systems, fire protection systems, and wastewater drainage systems.
