Construction progress updated in October 2023 – Sao Mai Resort Project, Tho Lam Commune – Tho Xuan District – Thanh Hoa Province

For the 18 villas and reception house, tennis court, laundry house, and the two powerhouses, INVESTCORP 6 has completed all and is waiting for acceptance and handover for use.

For the five Family villas, building work has been completed and finishing work is in progress.

It is expected that in November 2023, INVESTCORP 6 will complete the finishing work for the five Family villas and carry out the acceptance and handover of the 18 villas, reception house, tennis court, laundry house, and the two powerhouses.
