Construction progress updated in September 2023 – Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city

Regarding the drainage system, the installation of D600 and D400 drainage systems reached 96% of the work volume. The sidewalk curb construction reached 85% of the volume, the drainage system installation reached 60%, and the electrical system installation work reached 31%.

It is expected that in October 2023, after the approval of additional adjustments from the Investor, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company will focus on completing the crushed stone grading items for the roads and completing the sidewalk embankment, installing electrical systems, clean water supply systems, fire protection systems, and wastewater drainage systems.
