Construction progress updated in September 2023 – Sao Mai Resort Project, Tho Lam Commune – Tho Xuan District – Thanh Hoa Province

At the Reception house area, INVESTCORP 6 has completed all the structural and plastering work and is currently starting finishing works such as painting and tiling.

The Rubby villas, Four Season villas, Lake Bungalow villas, Tennis Court, and Laundry House have also been completed by INVESTCORP 6 and are undergoing final finishing work for acceptance and handover.

At the Family villas, finishing works such as tiling, painting, and roofing are also starting to be implemented.
It is expected that in October 2023, INVESTCORP 6 will hand over the Rubby, Four Season, and Lake Bungalow villas and complete the structural work of the Family villas to move on to finishing works.
