Groundbreaking Ceremony of Yuanyou Vietnam Factory Project

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Investor – Yuanyou Group; representatives of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Vietnam; representatives of the Taiwan Trade Office in Vietnam; the Chairman of the Taiwan Business Association in Hanoi; representatives of the General contractor – INVESTCORP Group; along with numerous distinguished guests and employees from both Yuanyou Group and INVESTCORP Group.

The groundbreaking ceremony marks an important milestone in the strategic cooperation between INVESTCORP and Yuanyou, while reaffirming INVESTCORP’s strong reputation and proven capabilities in delivering large-scale industrial construction projects in Vietnam.

The Yuanyou Vietnam Factory Project is developed on a total land area of over 30,000 square meters, featuring modern and synchronized facilities, including factory buildings integrated with raw material and finished goods warehouses, office buildings, staff canteen, technical auxiliary systems (power station, boiler house, air compressor systems, etc.), as well as supporting infrastructure such as parking areas, guard houses, LPG tank zones, and landscaped green spaces..

The project is designed in accordance with a modern, safe, and environmentally friendly factory model, meeting the Investor’s requirements for sustainable manufacturing and long-term development.

At the ceremony, Mr. Do Ngoc Dao - Chairman of the Board and General Director of INVESTCORP Group, reaffirmed the Group’s commitment to mobilizing optimal resources, advanced construction technologies, and rigorous project management to ensure the project is completed on schedule, meets the highest quality standards, and is ready for operation in line with the Investor’s planned timeline.
