Construction progress update in April 2022 – Design and build project of Welco Technology Vietnam Factory
At the end of April 2022, in the main house, INVESTCORP 9 has completed the structural and plastering work. The ceiling and wall construction, wall painting, floor finishing, door and window installation, electromechanical equipment has reached 95% of the total workload.
Besides, the entire structure such as wastewater treatment tank, septic tank, water tank, cleaning and waterproofing work of the outdoor underground items were gradually completed by INVESTCORP 9. The auxiliary houses, including security houses, chemical warehouses, garbage houses, fences, roads, drainage systems... continue to be constructed and completed simultaneously with the main house.
