In the main factory category, the Company has completed 80% of the backfilling and spreading of crushed stones for the factory floor, the plastering work has reached 90%. The steel erection and concrete pouring for the floor have reached 50%. In the paint house category, INVESTCORP 9 has also completed 100% of the construction of reinforced concrete structures, built walls, and is implementing wall plastering.
In addition, INVESTCORP 9 has completed 100% of ancillary works such as a garage, water tank, and reinforced concrete structures of the garbage house and pump house. As planned in May 2023, INVESTCORP 9 will focus mainly on pouring concrete for the factory floor and the painting house.
