Construction progress updated in November 2021 – Design and build project of Welco Technology Vietnam Factory
At the end of November 2021, at the Design and build project of Welco Technology Vietnam Factory, INVESTCORP 9 has completed all the pile pressing work and 80% of the foundation frame and bracing. The foundation work is expected to be completed on December 5, 2021.
Currently, INVESTCORP 9 is in the process of leveling and pouring concrete for the foundation. The columns, beams and slabs on the 2nd floor will also be proceeded successively according to the construction progress of the foundation.
Outdoor underground items such as wastewater treatment tanks, septic tanks, and water tanks are being carried out in parallel with the foundation of the main house. It is expected that auxiliary items such as security house, chemical warehouse, garbage house etc. will be executed in December 2021 to ensure completion at the same time as the main house.
