On the morning of June 14, 2024, the Handover ceremony of the Scouring & Coating area and congratulations on the Autoliv Vietnam project achieving 500,000 safe working hours were solemnly held at the Autoliv Vietnam Factory project, Song Khoai Industrial Park, Quang Yen town, Quang Ninh province. Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Investor - Autoliv Vietnam Company Limited, the Project Management Consultant - Bureau Veritas Vietnam Limited, the General Construction Contractor - INVESTCORP Group, and all construction staff and workers and the project’s subcontractors and suppliers.

Autoliv Vietnam Factory is a key project, starting construction in July 2023. After nearly 1 year of construction with the motto "Safety - Quality - Progress - Environmental friendliness", INVESTCORP Group has implemented the project to ensure the most stringent requirements of global standards and received high appreciation from the Investor. The handover ceremony of the Scouring & Coating area is an important event in the main progress milestones of the project. At the ceremony, representatives of the three parties performed the signing ceremony of the Scouring & Coating area handover record.

As the world's leading group in researching and manufacturing automotive safety equipment, Autoliv always considers safety the top priority from building factories until bringing its products to markets. “Autoliv construction site is the safest working site in Vietnam” is the comment of Mr. Jonathan Lewis - Deputy General Director in charge of Global Health and Safety of Autoliv Group during his visit to inspect and work on the project in February 2024. The achievement of 500,000 safe and accident-free working hours is a testament to INVESTCORP's strong commitment to labor safety. That not only reflects the professionalism and high sense of responsibility of the staff but also shows the Group's special concern for the safety and health of workers.
