1st establishment anniversary of member company – INVVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Ltd

INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Ltd was established in Sep 19, 2018 and operates in three fields such as design consultancy, building and real estate business. After one year of establishment, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has strengthened its management machinery with four departments under office block including Department of HR-Admin – Account – Procurement, Department of Technic – Project Management, Department of Design consultancy and Department of Sales – Foreign affairs, three construction teams (Construction Team No. 01TH, 02TH, 03TH) and a member unit (Dong Phat Investment and Construction Company Ltd.). Up to now, IVC Land Thanh Hoa Company has successfully implemented a real estate investment project in Thanh Hoa province - Xuan Tien Residential Project - Dan Luc Commune - Trieu Son District with a scale of 4.8 hectares; successfully tendered for 4 construction projects including National way 47C, Xuan Tien Residential Project, Lam Son Square Renovation Project - Thanh Hoa City, and dismantlement of Thanh Hoa City Television Tower as well as completion of  supervision consultancy and design consultancy for 05 projects in Thanh Hoa province.
