2018 marked a successful year of INVESTCORP in both construction and business investment fields.
After the success of the Garment factory construction project of Maple Co., Ltd – PEONY Branch in 2016 and the Wearing Apparels factory project in 2017, in 2018, the Owner - Maple Co., Ltd continued to trust and empower INVESTCORP to be General contractor to implement the Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh with a total investment of thousands of billion dong.
Besides, with the abundant financial resources, INVESTCORP has promoted a series of investment projects in all provinces and cities throughout the country, starting with the Xuan Tien Investcorp residential area project - Dan Luc commune - Trieu Son district – Thanh Hoa.
Also in 2018, the company scale was continuously expanded by establishing 3 more member companies, bringing the total number of INVESTCORP’s member companies to 5 including INVESTCORP Myanmar Company, INVESTCORP Laos Company, IVC Architecture and Construction JSC, INVESTCORP Land Company and INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Ltd.
2017 was an important year with high economic growth, creating a strong foundation for sustainable development of the Company.
Also in this year, a member company in Myanmar called INVESTCORP Myanmar was officially established to conquer Myanmar market after the successes in Laos market.

In 2016, INVESTCORP's representative office in Laos was officially established, marking an important turning-point in the Company’s strategy to expand into foreign markets.
With a lot of experience and abundant financial resources, at the end of 2016, the Board of Directors decided to develop Investment field to maximize support to partners in process, legal investment procedures, technical consultancy, real estate and construction and installation of projects in all respects.
Typical projects of the Company in 2016 include the Vientiane (Laos) International airport terminal expansion project, Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam factory project - Hung Yen branch, Garment factory construction project of MAPLE Co., LTD – PEONY Branch.
In 2015, the office building named INVESTCORP was officially built and completed to bring all staffs of the Company a professional and dynamic working environment. A spacious office with modern equipment meet the maximum needs of work and development of each individual to contribute to the overall development of the Company.
In addition to the inauguration of INVESTCORP Building, the Company also established two new construction teams which were Construction team No. 11 and Construction team No. 15.
Typical projects of the Company in 2015 included Valqua Vietnam factory phase II, Tam Kim LED light assembly factory project, Nissei Electronic Hanoi factory phase IV.
2014 was the year marking the formation and development of M&E Department of INVESTCORP. To be aware of the importance of the M&E field with each project as well as the desire to bring the most comfortable and perfect use values to customers, the Company’s Board of Directors decided to establish the M&E department and determine to develop M&E to become one of INVESTCORP's key fields.
Major projects of INVESTCORP in 2014 include Brother M&S Vietnam factory project phase II, Matsuo Industries Vietnam factory project phase IV etc.
In 2013, in addition to the major industrial construction projects such as the Yokowo Vietnam factory phase II, the Brother M&S Vietnam factory phase II, INVESTCORP also constructed housing projects such as the Dormitory A&B of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Stepping into the year 2011, INVESTCORP basically completed the personnel machinery of the administrative departments and construction teams.
In 2011, the Company completed and handed over the two key projects and a number of other projects, received the Owners’ high appreciation on the quality and progress of works such as Honda Vietnam factory and Meiko electronics Vietnam factory.
In September 2011, INVESTCORP continued to start the Yokowo Vietnam factory project affirming and strengthening the company's reputation with traditional Japanese partners in Vietnam's construction market.
In 2012, following successes in 2011, INVESTCORP continued beating many domestic and international contractors to gain the right to execute a series of large projects such as Brother Industries factory No. 4, Toyota Hiroshima VP-HT showroom, Denso Design Center phase II...
Also in 2012, in order to meet the demand of expanding and creating a modern and a professional working space, the Board of Directors moved the office to FLC Landmark Tower, Le Duc Tho, My Dinh, Hanoi.
