Completion and handover of Design and build project of Welco Technology Vietnam Factory
The Design and build project of Welco Technology Vietnam Factory of Welco Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. was started construction by INVESTCORP 9 from September 2021. After 10 months, INVESTCORP 9 has completed all work items, including indoor and outdoor areas. On June 26, 2022, INVESTCORP 9 handed over the project to the Investor and put it into use.
During the construction process, Hai Duong province used to be a "hotspot" for the Covid-19 pandemic, leading to many difficulties in the completion of the project. Construction activities on the construction site were suspended, and the circulation and import of materials were affected.
Overcoming the difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, INVESTCORP 9 has affirmed its belief, prestige and quality by keeping its commitments on construction progress. To ensure the quality and safety requirements, INVESTCORP 9 has maintained "3 on-site" work such as vaccination, 5K compliance, and strict control to create a safe green area. The project came into operation, meeting the needs of Welco Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd. to expand production, business development and machinery space.
