Construction progress updated in June 2022 - New An Nam Matsuoka Garment Factory project – Phase 3B
In June 2022, in the main house category, INVESTCORP 9 has completed the entire construction of reinforced concrete for columns and built mezzanine walls to install roof steel structures. In parallel, the foundation construction will be carried out with the roofing part.
With regard to the outdoor items, pouring concrete and building drainage ditches are being implemented by INVESTCORP 9 according to the contract schedule.
It is expected that in July 2022, the works will continue to be implemented including concrete structure and reinforcement of the main factory floor. The completion of plastering and tiling of toilets and casting of concrete trenches and roads is also continued construction by INVESTCORP 9 according to the contract schedule.
