Construction progress updated in September 2021 – Toray International Vietnam factory project in Quang Ngai

The project is divided into two packages including an indoor package and an outdoor package. For the indoor package, INVESTCORP 9 will carry out the entire concrete, reinforcement, formwork, plastering, tiling, aluminum and glass doors. For the outdoor package, INVESTCORP 9 will construct the entire concrete road, drainage system, fence, plants and auxiliary houses.

Currently, INVESTCORP 9 has constructed 90% of the indoor items and 60% of the outdoor items. Although the Covid-19 pandemic greatly affected the construction work, INVESTCORP 9 still ensured the progress and quality of the project. It is expected that in October 2021, INVESTCORP 9 will complete the wet work of the office and the factory and move to finishing work. The fences, gates, internal road concrete will also be completed up to 80%.
