Construction progress updated in September 2022 - New An Nam Matsuoka Garment Factory project – Phase 3B
In September 2022, INVESTCORP 9 has focused on construction of items in the main factory and the drainage system.
In the main factory, INVESTCORP 9 has completed about 75% of the toilet tiling, installing toilet countertops. For the boiler house, INVESTCORP 9 is implementing the construction of walls and installing shutters at about 80%. In addition, INVESTCORP 9 has also completed joining formwork and pouring concrete of drainage ditches (including reinforcing, formwork, and pouring concrete); The installation of concrete panels to cover the ditches reached 20% of the volume.
According to the construction plan in October 2022, INVESTCORP 9 will accelerate the progress to complete toilets, boiler house, drainage system and implement other works as planned.
