Groundbreaking Ceremony for Two Key Construction Projects of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police

Along with numerous distinguished guests, officers and soldiers of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police, and employees of INVESTCORP Group.

      The Detention Center Project is being constructed in Dong Son Ward and was approved by the Minister of Public Security, with a total investment of over VND 481 billion, including VND 381 billion from the Ministry of Public Security and VND 100 billion supported by the People’s Committee of Thanh Hoa Province.  The project consists of multiple components such as the administrative area, detention area, auxiliary facilities, and technical infrastructure. It is implemented with the objective of developing a modern and synchronized facility, fully meeting technical, safety, and professional standards in accordance with regulations. Upon completion, the project will contribute to improving the effectiveness of detention management, serving investigation, prosecution, and adjudication activities, while ensuring proper living and working conditions in compliance with legal requirements.

      The Headquarters of the Mobile Police Division and the Stationing and Training Facility for the Reserve Combat Mobile Police Regiment is being constructed in Ham Rong Ward, with a total investment of over VND 379 billion. The project includes various functional components to ensure working, accommodation, living, and on-duty conditions for officers and soldiers; while also serving training activities, combat readiness, and acting as a center for training and professional development in regulations, military skills, and martial arts for the provincial police force.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Ngoc Dao - Chairman - General Director of INVESTCORP Group affirmed the Group’s commitment to mobilizing maximum resources, applying advanced technical solutions, and organizing construction in a scientific manner to ensure quality, progress, safety, and efficiency of the projects. 

The two projects are expected not only to meet immediate demands but also to hold long-term significance in completing infrastructure serving the protection of security and social order in Thanh Hoa Province. The commencement of construction demonstrates the strong attention and commitment of authorities at all levels to building and strengthening specialized facilities in a modern and sustainable manner.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place in a solemn and enthusiastic atmosphere, reflecting the strong determination of both the investor and the contractor to complete the projects on schedule, bring them into operation at the earliest opportunity, and maximize their practical effectiveness.
