Groundbreaking ceremony of Heritage Food Vietnam Factory Project

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Investor - Heritage Food Vietnam Company Limited, representatives of SEAS Consultants, representatives of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park along with the Secretary, Chairman of An Hoa Ward People's Committee and representatives of General Contractor - INVESTCORP Group.

Heritage Food Vietnam Company Limited belongs to the Thailand Heritage Group, specializing in producing products processed from cashew nuts (dried, roasted and marinated with spices), dried fruit, mixed nuts etc.

Heritage Food Vietnam Factory Project has a total land area of 30,036.6 m2, divided into 2 phases, of which phase 1 was built with a construction area of 13,256.22 m2 and a floor area of 27,614.44 m2. Phase 1 of the project is designed to include a 2-storey office building, a 1-storey factory and auxiliary areas, canteen, security house 1 & 2, wastewater treatment area and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) area.
