Groundbreaking ceremony of KMN hot dip galvanizing factory project
On December 10, 2017, Khin Maung Nyunt Steel Products & Galvanizing Co., Ltd and Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation – Investcorp Myanmar held the groundbreaking ceremony to officially commence the KMN hot dip galvanizing factory project at lot 247-250 Myaung Dagar Industrial Zone, Hmawbi township, Yangon city, Myanmar.
With a total area of 29,800m2, the project is constructed into two phases. Phase 1 of the project has a total investment capital of USD 1,800,000 including a galvanizing workshop with an area of 3,120m2 constructed in the type of steel frame structure and an office building with the using area of 720m2. In addition to the main items, the first phase also includes auxiliary items such as pumping room, electricity room, gas storage, control room, 60 ton weighing station, guard house, dormitory for staffs and workers … The internal of the factory is connected by reinforced concrete road system with load of 35 tons.
As expectation, the first phase will be implemented and completed in July 2018.
