Groundbreaking ceremony of Technical infrastructure project of residential area in Xuan Hoa - Tho Hai commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province

Attending the ceremony were representatives of Tho Xuan district leaders, local leaders of Xuan Hoa and Tho Hai communes, the Management Board of Construction and Investment Project of Tho Xuan District, and representatives of leaders of enterprises: Vietnam Consultancy and Construction Joint Stock Company (Consultants); INVESTCORP Group Joint Stock Company; INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited; INVESTCORP 6 Investment and Development Construction Company.

The technical infrastructure project of residential area in Xuan Hoa - Tho Hai, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province is invested by Tho Xuan District People's Committee and INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited is the General Contractor. The project has a using area of about 7.2 hectares with a total investment of nearly 39 billion VND, including roads, drainage systems, water supply, electricity supply, sidewalks, and green trees. The construction site is located in the territory of the two communes Xuan Hoa and Tho Hai, Tho Xuan district.

After the project is completed, a new residential area will be formed with a synchronous technical infrastructure system, urbanizing, and completing the general planning of Tho Xuan district.
