Groundbreaking ceremony of Wearing apparel manufacturing Project – Ramatex Hai Phong.

Following the successes in construction of previous manufacturing factory projects, Ramatex Group has continued to trust and cooperate with INVESTCORP in this strategic project.

The project is built on a total area of 12.9ha and is divided into two phases. Phase I will be built on half of the land lot with strict requirements of the Owner on progress and quality. The phase I is expected to be finished by August 2018 of next year and will provide 76,400m2 of floor area for production . Being designed with modern style, eco-friendliness and surrounded by a large area of green trees and ponds, the project will create jobs for more than 4000 workers in Hai Phong and neighboring provinces.

Moreover, the traffic system is also designed synchronously and directly connected with the internal roads of the VSIP Industrial Park in order to ensure convenience for import and export of commodities as well as transportation.
