INVESTCORP’s Family day

In order to improve spirit of solidarity and mutual understanding among the employees in the Company, on October 1, 2017, the Board of Directors of Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation held a program of INVESTCORP’s Family day at Son Tinh Camp located in Dong Mo commune – Son Tay town – Hanoi. Family day was an opportunity for members of the Company and their families to exchange, meet and tighten solidarity and closeness.

Beginning of the Family day was a tour around the Culture village of Vietnamese ethnic minority groups. Here, the families were learned and experienced in culture of ethnic minorities such as Dao, Ede, Khmer and Cham…

Next, after lunch break, a playground was especially held for children with two separate areas. At the creative corner, children under 5 years old can enjoy creativity with games of drawing masks, making lanterns, star lanterns and art balloons. At the exercise game area for children over 5 years old, tug of war, bag jumping and running on three legs also received warm welcome from the children and warm cheers from the parents.

In the conclusion of the Family day, Mr. Do Ngoc Dao – Chairman of the Board of Directors – General Director, spoke about the meaning of the Family day and expressed gratitude to the family of the members in the Company: “Family is hearth and solid foundation for each of us to feel secure to work and contribute more to the development of the Company“.

On this occasion, the families were also participated in the birthday program for staff members having birthdays in the month. Holding birthday for employees are monthly organized at INVESTCORP.

An important part contributing to make the Family day become more exciting and meaningful was giving presents for the children of the Company’s Board of Directors which expressed the deep concern of the Board of Directors to the staffs’ children.

At the end of the program, there were fun and unique magic items for children.
