Update construction progress in July 2021– Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
At the end of July 2021, in the office area of the Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project, INVESTCORP 15 completed the construction of all concrete work for foundation, walls, fire tank covers and pump room.
In the factory area, in parallel with the construction of the brickwork of the office area, INVESTCORP 15 completed 70% of the factory’s surrounding wall and is starting to plaster the exterior wall. The concrete ditch in the factory is also continuing to be implemented and achieved 75% of the work volume.
It is expected that in August 2021, INVESTCORP 15 will complete the construction of all columns on the first floor, concrete beams and slabs on the second floor and columns on the third floor of the office area; continue the construction of walls, wall plastering and ditch system in main factory area. Foundation work, concrete lining the factory floor will also be implemented.
