Update construction progress – Star Villas project in December 2020
At the end of December 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar has implemented the entire foundation and reinforced concrete structure of 11 villas at the same time and basically completed the construction of villa No. 5.
Currently, the first floor slab and beam structure of the villas No. 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9 have been completed and are under construction of column and roof beam work. It is expected that in January 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will complete the structure of the roof beams, roof erection and wall plastering.
The villas No. 11, 12, 14, 15 and 16 are under construction of the structure of the ground slab and column of the first floor by INVESTCORP Myanmar. In January 2021, INVESTCORP Myanmar will continue to accelerate the construction of the frame structure for the above villas and are expected to complete 80% of the reinforced concrete frame structure.
The villas 1A and 1B are expected to start construction in January 2021.
