Update construction progress – Star Villas project in October 2020
On October 21, 2020, after a month being postponed due to the resurgence and complicated developments of the Covid-19 pandemic, the city government allowed the Star Villas project to be reopened.
At present, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed the concrete work for floor, columns and brickwork of the first floor. The formwork and reinforcement of the wall top of the 1st floor are also basically completed and is expected to be concreted on November 4, 2020.
It is expected that in November 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar will complete 80% of the mockup villa, continue to implement the piling work for the remaining villas and start the foundation, column, slab and beam etc.
