Update the constructing progress in October 2016 – Garment Factory Construction Project of Maple Co., Ltd – Peony Branch.
In October 2016, with workers’ endeavors and utmost dispatch, the steel structure category of the Sewing workshop No.1, No. 2, Cutting workshop No. 1 and Canteen No. 1 has been basically brought to a close. At present, we are putting our first steps into the accomplishment of the categories of metal roof and metal wall panel for the Sewing factory No.3 and No. 4, Cutting factory No. 2 as well as Canteen No. 2. In essence, we have completed several internal construction categories; in particular, painting, gypsum working for wall and ceiling, aluminum and steel doors, plastering and tiling work. In terms of painting works, INVESTCORP has accomplished ground-coat painting and priming painting for Epoxy finishing painting. In addition, to meet the requirement of the rate of the progress proposed by the Owner, we are coming into the rush of finishing external construction categories; such as drainage system, Asphalt base system, concrete base system.
With regard to mechanical and electrical works, 90% of the project work load has been done, particularly the lighting, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire protection and electricity system. In November 2016, INVESTCORP expect to accomplish the internal construction of the whole four factories and hand-over the outcome to the Owner for installing works. By December 2016, the Sewing Factory No.1, No. 2, Cutting Factory No. 1 and Canteen No. 1 will have been completed and handed-over to the Owner.
