Construction progress updated in September 2023 – Technical infrastructure project of residential area in Xuan Hoa - Tho Hai commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province
In September 2023, for the Technical infrastructure project of the residential area in Xuan Hoa - Tho Hai commune, Tho Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa focused on implementing road construction such as excavation and transportation of weathered soil reached 20%; K95 soil transportation and embankment reached 13% and K98 soil transportation and embankment work reached 16%.

At the end of September 2023, INVESTCORP basically completed temporary items at the Autoliv Vietnam project including temporary offices, temporary gates, temporary roads, temporary drainage systems, and a number of other temporary items serving construction work.

In September 2023, for the road category of the Residential Area Technical Infrastructure Project in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company completed 83% of the K95 soil road embankment, 91% of the K98 soil road embankment, 80% of the type I macadam foundation construction and 90% of the type II macadam foundation.

At the end of August 2023, INVESTCORP 10 basically completed pouring heat-resistant concrete for the roof, painting and removing the scaffolding outside the house; complete indoor wall and ceiling beams for the factory.

In August 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa constructed the K95 road embankment at 83%; the K98 road embankment construction at 91%; construction of crushed stone foundation grade II at 90%; and construction of crushed stone foundation grade I reached 80%.

In August 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa focused on constructing finishing work items, including road construction reached 100% of the volume; drainage system construction reached 100%; tiling work reached 100%.

In August 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa completed all work items, including lighting items, road surface items, and drainage system. Total construction volume is estimated at 50%.

In August 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa mobilized human resources to accelerate the excavation and transportation of weathered soil, reaching 67% of the volume; the transportation and embankment work of K95 reached 90% of the volume.
Construction progress updated in July 2023 - TOYO INK COMPOUNDS Vietnam Factory Project Phase 3
By the end of July 2023, INVESTCORP 10 has completed the structural works of roof beams, attic, and balustrades for the factory. At the same time, the Company is also implementing the plastering of the surrounding walls at 90%, the inside and outside plastering work is about 70%.

In July 2023, INVESTCORP 15 completed preliminarily interior installation work and is currently continuing to carry out cleaning and repair work. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor areas have been handed over to the Investor and put into use.

By the end of July 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has performed over 80% of the transport category including the embankment of the K95 soil road reached 83%, the embankment of the K98 soil road reached 91% and the construction of crushed stone foundation type II reached 90%, crushed stone foundation type I reached 80%. For the drainage system, the Company has also implemented the installation of sewers D600 and D400 reached 95% of the contract volume.

In July 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa focused on completing the remaining items in the contract, including the construction of additional roads reached 100%; the construction of the drainage system and the bricklaying work reached 100% of the volume. Total cumulative construction volume reached 100%.
