Construction progress update in May 2022 – Design and build project of Welco Technology Vietnam Factory
At the end of May 2022, in the main house area, INVESTCORP 9 has completed all the works. At present, the industrial cleaning and system inspection works are completed by INVESTCORP 9 and prepared for acceptance and handover to the Investor.
In addition, all outdoor items including infrastructure, auxiliary houses, fences, gates, etc., have been completed 100% by INVESTCORP 9. It is expected that in June 2022, the Design and build project of Welco Technology Vietnam Factory will be completed by INVESTCORP 9 with cleaning, leveling, planting and handing over to the Investor to put into use.
