In December 2022, INVESTCORP Dong Minh has completed the construction of the PCB floor, building and plastering stairs, painting walls, and installing stair railings and roof railings; erecting purlins and corrugated iron walls; finishing tiles, stones, and lobby; erecting steel doors, aluminum and glass doors and glass walls.

In December 2022, INVESTCORP 6 continues to speed up the construction progress of items such as reception house, Rubby Four Seasons villas, Bungalows under the lake and other ancillary items. For the reception house, INVESTCORP 6 has completed the construction of floor beams, piers, and round toilets. The Rubby Four Seasons villas and Bungalows under the lake have been constructed the tile roofs, wall and floor tiling, and interior finishing. It is expected that the exterior and interior will be completed in January 2023.

In November 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has focused on completing the excavation and installation of trench components of the drainage system. At the same time, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has also been implementing the construction of repairing the pavement with severe cracks, peeling, potholes. In addition, the work of repairing the rubber surface, subsidence, and watering the adhesive resin, asphalt concrete mats have also been completed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa. Total construction volume is estimated at 91% of contract volume.
