In March 2023, INVESTCORP 15 completed pouring concrete of the factory floor; along with that, tiling the toilet area of the factory, installing curbs, completing manholes, and completing garbage houses were also completed.

At the end of March 2023, INVESTCORP 10 has completed the pile pressing works for the main factory, warehouse and powerhouse.

On the afternoon of February 28, 2023, Tho Xuan district held the groundbreaking ceremony of the Urban Renovation Project in Sao Vang town, Tho Xuan district; Item: Lighting system for Nguyen Mau Tuyen, Trinh Khac Phuc, Tran Hoanh streets and road from Xuan Long to Xuan Hop. The project is invested by the People's Committee of Sao Vang town for the purpose of public lighting to ensure security and social order, as well as the lives of people in the area.

By the end of March 2023, INVESTCORP CREATION has completed the work items under the "Construction of earth retaining wall" package. In March 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa completed the construction of crushed stone and asphalted the road surface, and completed the installation of the drainage system. Total output is estimated at 67% of the contract volume.

In March 2023, the construction of soil excavation, crushed stone, concrete formwork, K98 compaction, and concrete pouring to return the drainage ditch were 100% completed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa. At the same time, the work of digging and spreading underground cables to install electrical equipment, the construction of macadam and road asphalt have also been completed. Total construction output is estimated at 49% of the contract volume.

In March 2023, INVESTCORP 15 completed auxiliary works including internal asphalt spreading and surrounding grass planting. In parallel, both main factory package and auxiliary factory package are also cleaned and repaired outstanding defects by INVESTCORP 15.

In March 2023, INVESTCORP 6 continued to construct the items under the contract including leveling the ground, pouring concrete, installing curb stones, paving pavements, completing manholes and around flower beds. Accumulated construction volume by the end of March 2023 reached 35%.

By the end of February 2023, INVESTCORP 10 has completed the temporary erection works for construction and completed 100% of the pile pressing and compression test for the main factory and warehouse.

In February 2023, INVESTCORP 15 has completed building and plastering the factory walls, constructing layer 1 of the internal road and rainwater drainage system. Along with that, the construction of the garbage house walls and the installation of V steels for manhole covers are also being implemented by INVESTCORP 15.

In February 2023, for the main factory package, the remaining works such as tiling, mechanics and foundations for machines of all kinds have been completed by INVESTCORP 15. For the exterior package, INVESTCORP 15 has also completed the handover of ancillary items, is implementing internal roads and installing sidewalk curbs.
